So now you have the unenviable choice on Saturday morning of open water goodness or cool pool loving. Box End is up and running for groups of four or more. This page for details & times.

Swim on dudes pt3 - into June/July!
Morning swims continue every Saturday 0700-0800 at Bedford High School through to end July. Pay as you go £3 - usually at the following Tuesday session works well. If the lake is too cold use the pool, simple.
