Spinning at BHS now up and running
Spinning has reappeared on the Traks agenda at Bedford High School sports complex. The intimate (as in 10 bikes) session starts 1930 every Thursday up to Christmas and then continues after the break through to the end of March. With limited spaces booking is being done via a dedicated thread on the forum. Several hardcore types are swimming first and then going on to spin. Wow or what?

Swim into August/September!
Morning swims continue every Saturday 0700-0800 at Bedford High School through to end September. Pay as you go £3 - usually at the following Tuesday session. Excellent facility and rarely crowded.
I expect this session to continue unbroken through the Winter but will update in the coming weeks.
